We are loving our new zebra blinds! It wasn't easy finding the install instructions in the box - so went online. It would be nice if instructions were included in every box. The pulls on these are not quite as smooth as others of the same style previously ordered so have to be more careful opening and closing. Hopefully they will last since they have more working parts to break! Overall, I would highly recommend!

The chain pulls on the blinds are clunky and make a lot of noise. Less than elegant. I wish they were cords like I've purchased from you before. That said, the blinds themselves are great and the hardware options you send are quite good.

The Designer faux wood blinds in alabaster color were a perfect fit in our home and the quality appears to be very good for the price. I love the ease which these are to install in the existing blind mounts. It's an easy out and in and I'm done.

It was a nice surprise to receive the blinds early. They looked great. Although two of the blinds were measured in error, (doubled checked and not from my part), they fit the windows alright. I'd buy again.
