We had an issue with one blind on a previous purchase. I called the company and in one short, easy phone conversation they took care of the problem. Prompt, courteous, and stress-free experience.
I will continue to use them for my next blind order -- which will be coming up soon since we moved into a new home with horrible window coverings. I'm changing all the windows...slowly.

Like they'd last about a week. It was a pain in the neck getting this order straightened out. When I bought my house 18 years ago, I had 16 venetian bilnds made without incident. I was put off y this transaction.

I originally ordered blinds in a ruby color. After a month long delay I inquired about the delay. I was informed they were out of stock and it could be another month. I cancelled it and switched to another color which arrived in a timely manner and look fine. I was disappointed I was not informed of the delay until I was the one who had to make the inquiry. You should be more proactive in letting your customer know what is happening. I am otherwise very satisfied with blinds I have now received.

I am a return shopper. I'm hoping I'll be as satisfied this time as I was the first two. Prices make it very affordable to change your style on a budget can't wait to receive my new window treatments
