Service: Terrible, when I ordered something from them online that was in stock, fine, it came. When I ordered printers that ended up being back ordered, they asked me to upgrade to newer demo printers for the same cost, which I did. I ordered my toner from anther company which I had to cancel because I switched printers and A Matter of Fax asked me to order the toner from them instead, which I did. I ordered 2 sets of high yield OEM toner. They sent the printers which included 1 set of standard yield OEM toner. The printers appeared to be brand new other than being tested with a few prints, good news, right? The second printer came without toner. A large part of the cost of the printers are the toner that the specs say they come with. The email, that I had to call and ask for after much time of waiting, said there were 2 packages. The second package never came, I was expecting it to be the other set of toner that should have come with the second printer. So I contacted the company, asked them about the second set of standard yield toner that should have come with the printer, and about the 2 sets of high yield toner that I ordered separately. They thought everything had already been sent. They had combined the 2 orders as one and told me I had already gotten everything. So I tried to set things straight, they asked for pictures of what I got, and I eventually ended up with a good set of high yield OEM toner. Just one. I ordered 2. So I waited, expecting the other set to come. The first set came one by one cartridge over quite a while, already months after the order, in opened and re-closed HP toner packages. I eventually called again, and emailed throughout the whole process. After a lot of effort, I finally got... 2 sets of standard yield replacement toner! So I contacted them the day it came and they said they would get it taken care of right away. Nothing happened. Again I called, the same thing happened. Again I called, they now are telling me they already sent the right toner. I'm on never ending hold right now, which they have done to me every time I called in the last 2 weeks. Its almost 6 months since my original order now. The printers I bought from them don't even take replacement toners, they have to have an HP chip to work in my printers. I'm now disputing the charge through the credit card company.
Beware. I bought a new unit for alot of money and I get a used one that has printed 36,000 pages which is about the printers life span. It was also broken when I got it. Also has a few codes and the co.pany seems like I don't exist. Go somewhere else.
They charged me for the new printer I bought and sent me a used one. Found out the used one has warranty and they won't even fix that. Am starting LAWSUIT against them. This bot a company is suCh LOOSERS that need to get a real job and quit screwing people.
We ordered an expensive scanner from A Matter of Fax with a promise of delivery within one week. Important to us as I need this equipment for our business.
Never received notice of shipment.
I called 5 days after placing the order and paying for it and was told that no only that it had not shipped but would take another 5 days to ship (delivery time on top of that).
No apologies from the company and did not seem to care. I cancelled the order. They did not seem to care about that either.
IF this is a legitimate company (I have some concerns over that) they need to change their business model or their staff or both.

As another has mentioned, bait and switch. I was looking for a new 4 in one printer to replace an old unit I have. Found what I thought was a good deal for a new printer and even though I was skeptical purchasing from a company Ive never heard of, I thought, well its a new unit, how bad could this experience be? After several weeks I get a call that the unit is backordered but they have a demo "with less than one months use" which is available now. I thought, okay that sounds basically new and I need something now. It came looking like it was in a flood. Obviously water damage, so much wear to the home button you could barely make out the image and the ribbon that does copying has a brown mark on it which causes large smudges on scanned and copied documents. This is my opinion is defective but they refunded me all but the shipping costs despite their exchange policy. Complete waste of time. Buy from a reputable dealer.
I purchased a multi-function copier from these guys along with a 500 sheet feeder. They sent the copier without the extra tray saying that they will send when it is available. That was February. It is July. I have no learned that the copier is discontinued and that parts are no longer available, including toner. It's a $2,000 paper weight. Multiple contacts with responses promising to make it right, but it has not yet happened. Be very careful dealing with them.
They offered a price on a new printer for a search result I found from a google search. I purchased. I waited almost two weeks. I had to contact them to see if it shipped. They told me it was out of stock and could offer a refurbished one for the same price. Scammers. I wanted a new one for the amount they charged ($850). Refurbished are on eBay for $300. They leave out of stock items on their site so google searches those results and they get you to purchase something they don't have and then hope you accept their cheap other junk at the inflated prices. Buyer beware.
I ordered a new printer, and they shipped me a used one without a drum unit or an ink cartridge that goes inside it. They did mail me an ink cartridge after I complained, but they refused to send me a drum unit. I had to buy the part myself to make the printer work.
They answered my questions on the phone in a prompt and courteous manner, it was delivered when they said it would be, and the product (printing drum) was the best-priced among dozens of other sites... and works great!
This store is not that good when it comes to what it is doing. I do not know liekt he products that they seel just seem to be out of date We need newer things that are advanced. Ont he other hand there was not much of a problem. I like the store and I see myself making more purchases in the future.
Purchased a new HP Printer on 10/13/2023. Received a call that the purchased printer was backordered and would not be available until after January 2024, BUT (and this is where I should have hung up) they had a demo in like new condition with the same warranty. Received a beat up ill used printer with a non functioning document feeder. I have requested an RMA and will hope the company will make this right. I have concerns. In addition I purchased a toner that was never received at the property. Bait and Switch Company. This Printer would not sell for $50 bucks at a garage sale. I was totally scammed. I should have listened to my gut.

I was in desperate need of an outdated sanyo Front projector bulb and found it at this fax store of all places. The other home theater stores for some reason stopped stocking them. I was amazed and happy this store had it on their website so I can once again and maybe for the last time watch my plv 30 sites.
I found the website very easy to use, prices are competitive, and you get your moneys worth. I also found that delivery was very quick- a definite plus! Had no issues.

Only 2d time I've used website. Very user friendly. Called to ensure my info was correct. Customer service excellent: no waiting and representative very clear in his explanation.
The store is good but I was not that impressed by what wht I got. It only took a few weeks and I began to noticce that it was not working properly. Maybe it was a one time thing and I also could have done somethinfg to it. Soetimes there are errors, not everything is perfect.
I placed two orders for printer drums advertised as "new, in box." One order was filled with a re-manufactured (not new) drum. The other with a refilled toner cartridge (not a drum at all). It has taken two months, two complaints with my credit card company, and countless calls to finally get a refund - and then they shorted me $17.67 (which AMEX again intervened on my behalf to get the remaining refund).
I was not disspointed when I choose this store For an online store it has surely stepped up its game. It had everything I was looking for and even the things that I did not know that I was looking for unitll I saw them. This has now become my favorite electronics store, no one does it bettert hatn them.
