I placed two orders for printer drums advertised as "new, in box." One order was filled with a re-manufactured (not new) drum. The other with a refilled toner cartridge (not a drum at all). It has taken two months, two complaints with my credit card company, and countless calls to finally get a refund - and then they shorted me $17.67 (which AMEX again intervened on my behalf to get the remaining refund).
