“Ships printer without all necessary parts”

I ordered a new printer, and they shipped me a used one without a drum unit or an ink cartridge that goes inside it. They did mail me an ink cartridge after I complained, but they refused to send me a drum unit. I had to buy the part myself to make the printer work.

Tip for consumers:
The Web site shows they have items in stock when they do not. When I talked with them on the phone, they promised the printer would arrive in working order with a new ink cartridge. They lied and refused to make it right.
