Feels cheap and customer service is atrocious. Once they get your money you won't hear from them again. Would rather deal with Amazon and that's saying something.

I love their products, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. They are extremely unhelpful, and keep just saying "Thanks for your patience!" it was been nearly a month since I placed my order, and it has not even shipped yet. I ordered these items as a gift and they will most likely not arrive in time. They are excruciatingly vague over email and have showed no respect for my time or money. Never purchasing from their website again.

Hello, I have tried a variety of different necklaces, bracelets, and rings from Alv Jewels for a year now and not one piece has tarnished on me. Their jewelry is such good quality and so fashionable! It is definitely worth the money. The descriptions are very very accurate as well. I have tried so many companies that claim to sell "gold plated" or "tarnish free" jewelry, but Alv Jewels sticks by their word! Love them!

I really wanted to believe that this jewelry company wasn't a scam since they had so many beautiful earrings on their website but when I got the earrings I bought, they didn't look at all like they did in the pictures. I sent an email a few days ago, thinking that maybe they got the order mixed up (here I was, giving them the benefit of the doubt again) but they haven't responded. Their website doesn't have a phone number and when I tried to login to my account... well there's no option for that. I was so naive to think that this was a reputable company. Don't buy any of their products, you'll never get your money back, a response, or a reliable product.

I love the design of this jewelry it's trendy and simplistic. That being said, for as pricy as it is, it should be a little higher quality. I just received the mini Pearl hoops and though they are really cute the quality is poor as they are flimsy and bend out of shape easily. I've ordered from this brand before and had the same issue. Poor quality for the price but beautiful design.

This website is not a scam! My grandparents ordered me the Louis Vuitton necklace and my parents ordered me the Gucci handcuff and they both came super quick in the mail and both 100% real! Great website to shop off of!

I am so excited with my new beautiful jewelry from ALV Jewels. I purchased two necklaces, and several bracelets, needed them to be a bit longer and they accommodated me right away. The quality is superb. They have such a variety or earring, bracelets, rings and more. I am so glad to be back to my gold jewelry. Christmas for the girls this year

Absolutely obsessed with anything ALV! Their jewelry is timeless yet trendy, sturdy yet dainty, classic yet chic. Highly, highly recommend. Not to mention the prices are great!
Customer support is also incredible! There was a slight miscommunication with an order where I received a different necklace than what was ordered. When I contacted them, they were quick to reply and more than willing to send the correct necklace AND keep the one mistakenly sent. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Ordered items and attempted to cancel within Federally required 3 day period. Owner claimed she would refund the money upon receipt of goods shipped and returned to them. Goods were returned via FedEx with receipt. ALV claimed the items were never returned despite their employee signing as received. ALV DOUBLE CHARGED the purchase on 2 credit cards. They agreed to refund the charges. Waiting a few days before I file FTC and OH Atty. General complaints. Bad news

I placed an order for a necklace from ALV jewels on the 16th of December and selected the 2 day priority mail shipping option as it was a Christmas gift that needed to arrive before the 25th. It has now been 12 days since the order was placed and I have yet to receive my package.

I stumbled upon this store online and went through all their products, initially excited to make a purchase as they seemed legitimate. However, my experience was far from the best.

I'm unsure if this is run by a single person, but their communication via email lacked professionalism, customer service, and responsiveness. It was evident from their emails that they had little interest in customer experience. When I lost my package and reached out to them, their response was nonchalant—a red flag I should have paid attention to. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I tried again, assuming it was a one-off experience.

The second time around, their deliveries were significantly delayed from the time stated on their website. Be prepared to add an extra two weeks to the estimated delivery time. In total, expect a wait of four weeks from when you place your order.

Now, let's talk about the quality. It's subpar, to say the least. The products I received were flimsy and not worth the cost they charge. You're better off ordering from reputable stores on Amazon, like those from the PAVOI brand, which are not only cheaper but also better in quality.

If I were you, I wouldn't waste a dime, my sanity, or my time on this place. It's definitely not worth the hassle.

In short, this place is passive aggressive and a scam. This place was like "oh i added some extra gifts for the delay" - nothing. They lie in front of your face.
