I ordered Christmas gifts for my daughter on December 10th I have not received them, and their tracking indicates it was never sent - I even confirmed I would get it in time for the holiday. Can't get a response from anyone in their customer service department either. Very Disappointed!
I placed an order on December 3rd for a pair of pajamas I have never received a status update they have not shipped and no one has responded to my emails inquiring about the status of my order - my credit card was charged for the full amount in Dec 3rd this is a Christmas gift and now I will not have it in time for the holiday
