I will say when it comes to Alt Scene (A DATING SITE) a lot of people are already in a relationship and is there just for socializing (weird and a waste of other people's time reading your bio to add it in the middle of it). The site does give users a lot of great things that other dating sites don't or hide it behind a paywall. There's of course your usual scammers and catfish on there too. But there is actually real people on there who are cool to talk to they're just rare to find on that site now…the only reason why I have it 2 stars is because of the free content you get unfortunately it's wasted by the people on there

I've only found one person on there who is ligit he's given me proof that he is real by video chatting me and snapchat every one else is fake tho or just on there to get info out of you and mess with your feelings I've met a couple nice people but I still kinda question them

My account is frozen over exactly because someone wrote a comment to bully me. My account has been frozen for over 24 hours which to me is a 0 rating for a website there's no fairness or justice for the users on there. I go by as apple pie!

Well, I'm just going to say this once. Getting banned off this website for no reason. Is starting to annoy me. I haven't done anything wrong. Crunchroll! They don't get back in touch with you like they say when you contact them. I used to love this website. But getting banned cause so ex-boyfriend I guess that's what I can call him! Keeps reporting me. Isn't a good enough reason. I would like to join and have the same rules as everyone else. Not get banned every time I join for no reason. They can't tell me I am fake. So after only a week of basically being courteous and polite and answering peoples messages and being friendly - i get a message from admin! My account is on hold - for spam messsaging! Wth? I'm a 51 yr old mum trying to just get out into the dating world again and make friends. Has a no thrills search facility (gender/country/county/age).

Totally free with no hidden costs.

Site is made for for alternative people.

Has a forum if people want to use it. Though I have seen a lot of bullying and arguments on it.

Has a chatroom (if people want to use it).

CONS
Looks and feels tired, old fashioned and is in desperate need of a major update and revamp. Personally, I think the sites dead in the water and should be laid to rest.

The number of female members is miniscule. The few active accounts belong to the exact same few people who have been on the site for years and the others haven't been logged on to for years.

There's a lot of fake accounts.

The sites housekeeping is woeful and they never delete old profiles that haven't been used for years. If they deleted these profiles it would show there's hardly any active members.

The sites female membership is overwhelmingly young.

There's little individuality - people say they're individuals with their own style and yet all look the same, dress the same, have the same interests, like the same music and try way too hard to be quirky which comes over as overly fake.

If you're a guy then don't expect to get a reply from any message you send.

Too many vain women, narcissists and attention seekers which truly reflects society today!

So I made Anther Account And for some Reason my Account wasnt letting me log in. And when i went to go reset password it said theres no account under this email and Didn't Do nouthing wrong and Altscenes Contact Service is $#*!. You can try contacting them and nobody will anwer and i had to make a Watch out Report Album of girls That Are just on altscenee to play Around like theres one girl with brown hair going by Sovlevougar and shell say she looking and then shell block you from social media and Read ur messages and then there was anther user called hermonicRaven From texas amd shes messageing people like me and then when u look at her Facebook/instagram she has a Dude with a baby and wont take it off when dateing and so i broke up with her cause it felt weird and when i tryed to talk to her again blocked me. Altscene Owners wont Do. Crap about there site there was this other girl that was from my state texas and fine one day the the next Day She didn't talk to me all Day it was 7 oclock and Disfriended me her name on there was brokenangelove18 feel like i wasnt suppose to be worried.
