Purchased new/open box LG G4. Arrived with a charger not compatible with phone, mismatched box and faulty phone that actually burnt me cause so hot. After numerous emails/calls finally talked to a guy saying they'd respond to email. He must have contacted them or it was a one person operation. After telling them in email I would except another phone which they recommended without extra charges they never responded and will not answer phone/email. Paypal is now involved but thinking I got ripped off $85. Beware of this allthatcellular.net as they're scammers.
I tried to activate my "new" phone, but it was active under someone else's name. They are clearly doing something shady. The customer service representative was rude and did not offer a refund. If you want to waste your money, this is the place for you.
I just bought a note 4 from them and it charge slow, keep popping up with different ads, the screen keeps freezing and the screen keep shutting off. I don't recommend anyone to buy a phone from the either. I wish I would have saw these reviews before I purchased my phone because I swear they would've never seen my money at all. This is why I don't buy phones online unless I get them from Walmart or the actual phone company. This is so ridiculous. They don't have to worry about me ordering from them anymore. You can bet your life on it.
Was sold a supposedly new Kyocera phone that rebooted ever couple minutes strait out of the box. Tried factory reset to no avail. I returned the phone that had never so much as made a phone call and they refused to replace or refund claiming it was scratched on the back cover. Phone is trash and I wish I'd never heard of these crooks
I ordered and quickly received a new Samsung S5 for Verizon. I activated it so easily on line with Verizon. I called them during the ordering process because I was having difficulty finding the "free shipping" option, and they were helpful and courteous. This experience was a far cry from the nightmare time I had with MyWit on Amazon Marketplace.

I ordered a "refurbished" phone, and when it arrived, it was clearly damaged, with a big chip on the front. I immediately called; of course no answer. I sent an email; and got a response in two days, telling me to send it back and as soon as they get the phone they would send a replacement. Called again and again and finally got a person; who told they received the phone but had no replacement, I would need to wait another week till they get a phone. Or choose another type of phone. I said not to both. Here is the kicker... they are going to charge me a 15% restocking fee for a damaged phone that cannot be restocked or sold! And... penalize me for them not having a replacement. They are clearly selling junk! Do Not Order from this company... If you did like me. File a complaint with the consumer protection agency

Bought a phone from All that cellular couldn't use the phone when I got it, it was locked sent it back and wanted a refund, haven't gotten My refund because employees can't follow instructions, will never deal with All that cellular again! Worst experience ever!
I ordered a new cell phone. The phone I received was not new. The battery cover would not close securely. The battery, although fully charged, ran down within a few hours. I emailed my complaint. I was informed that a new battery was being sent out that day. This was 7/6/16. That was 12 days ago. I received no answer to my follow up emails.
Bought a phone advertised as new. A clearly refurbished phone that couldn't hold a charge arrived weeks later. After more weeks of trying to get in touch with them (email & phone) they told me to send back for a replacement. The replacement finally arrived ( again after weeks of waiting). The replacement was even worse and didn't even function properly. After AGAIN trying to contact them for weeks I was told I had gone past the return period which was somehow retroactive to my original purchase rather than the garbage replacement. Contacted the better business bureau, and they responded with blatent lies. Denying any wrong doing and never even responding to the fact they were selling broken used phones as new. They did however claim I was able to return my second phone for a refund only after contacting the BBB. I sent it back and they kept it and my money. PLEASE do not do business with these terrible people. PLEASE file a complaint yourself if you've been cheated by these jerks.
Bad bad I ordered a phone from these people on 5/12/2017 paid for next day delivery it is now 5/16/2017 and still no phone. I e-mailed them asking what the problem was and was told oh you ordered the phone after business hours and it wouldn't ship until 5/15/2017 and I would receive it 5/16/2017 still no phone, contacted UPS because that is what I was told by these people only to be told by UPS that the package was not sent as next day it was sent out as regular ground shipping. I will not ever order another thing from these people. I tried contacting them by phone only to get a voicemail. On their web page it says they ship phones put the same day it's ordered that is so untrue.
9/22/23 Got my brand new, never used 5G phone. They sent a 4G sim card with it. Upon calling they informed the 4G and 5G card are absolutely identical and the 4G will work fine. Sure the 4G will work but if I wated a 4G phone I would have bought one. After going back and forth a bit it was clear they were not going to send me a 5G sim. He offered me a Verizon phone number where I could get a free 5G Sim card. I googled the differences between a 4 and 5G sim card and also asked the Verizon Tech. There most certainly is a difference! The phone also came with no instructions. It was an open box sale though.
Update to my previous review... We did finally get ahold of them regarding the incorrect order they sent us. They priority mailed us the correct phone along with a shipping label to send the other one back. They were apologetic and seemed sincere, but still not sure if I would order from them again, might be better to pay a little more than to deal with the hassle.

I bought a set of three used cell phones from this company. Two of them came up as "lost or stolen when I tried to activate them. I sent back the phones and had to pay for the return shipping. I only received one replacement phone for the two phones. I have tried to call and email the company and have gotten no response. I do NOT recommend buying used phones from this company.
Poor customer service and poor representatives... if you can get them to answer their phones. Representatives will not even apologize for sending a defective phone. They just tell you to send it back at your expense and be without a phone while they wait for the defective phone to be returned.
I bought a Verizon phone and I never received it, I spoke to them but they said that they track the phone and that it said it was delivered but I nerve received it. When I spoke to them they told me to contact the post office because they were the ones responsible for making sure a received the package. I did but the post office told me it was delivered to another address and they open an investigation. I just don't think is right that I paid for something that I did not received and all cellular never did something to resolve this issue. I ended up ordering another phone from amazon.com and I received it in two days.
I ordered a phone a few months back. The first phone they sent me was a wrong phone and it took them a month to get it to me. The phone was also broken. Then it took another 6 weeks for my replacement to arrive after I sent the broken one in, and it was the wrong phone again!
These guys are a complete waste of time!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GUY MICHAEL. Bought a NEW phone. Did NOT hold a charge, called kept getting recorder. So I hit the button to place a order and Michael picked up. He mailed out a NEW battery. Within 3 days the phone was so hot we couldn't even hold it. Recalled said he would send out a NEW phone. I asked him how to send the old new phone back. He said keep it! RED FLAG. I told him I wanted my refund. He sent me a NEW phone instead. Which all of his phones are refurbished NOT NEW. Now this NEW phone does not hold a charge. Been emailing him and he replied YOU F$#%^W NUT don't email me again! Who does this? I was really patience and nice and he uses the F word! Really? I turned them in to the BB.
