During my move, two rings were stolen from me. One was my wedding ring from my late husband. I filed a claim and was told that there would be an investigation. When asking for an update on my claim, I was informed that the case was closed. The did not investigate at all on a corporate level. Nothing was investigated. I was told that because I didn't purchase the additional insurance, they didn't cover these items. Below is a picture of what was taken.

Appointment was for between 11.- 4 After calling them several times to ensure they did not stand me up. Finally showed up at 6:30 (took whole day off work so already lost $350). Had to leave 3 glass cabinets as they did not 'fit on the truck' although only,moving a 1 bedroom house. Finished unpacking at 10:30 house was a complete mess. Called today to ask when they are delivering the rest of my items they said they would have to arrange another 'full' move around $600. So now I am stuck getting these three cabinets out of my house. Stinky service, stinky attitude DO Not RECOMMEND

All my sons moving took 9 hours to move me 2 miles from my home into a storage building. I had packed everything and had all boxes except for 10 boxes moved into my garage. Furniture consisted of king bedroom, full bed, two chairs w/ottomans, kitchen table w/4 chairs, 3 televisions, patio furniture, washer/dryer, fridge, tv cabinet, several end tables. They totally took advantage of a single senior citizen and threaten to leave the last load off of the truck in the lobby of the storage building if I didn't pay them overtime. Please don't use this company

They quoted me $397 giving me two specials they were having. When they arrived they told me that amount is only for two (2) hours, 3 guys. I knew it would take at least 3 hrs. They were supposed to be wearing masks and gloves and wrapping my furniture. They did none of that. The guys were so lazy. They were always checking their phones and one even asked if he could use my phone charger. The lead was working on an extra large iced tea. He was wearing his pajamas and clogs. No uniform? They moved me 1 block. One bedroom apartment, primarily furniture. In fact, I asked them not to touch some boxes I had in a separate area. But they still moved those boxes and charged me for it. I was also moving stuff. They damaged most of my furniture and then informed me the moved was $950. I flat out refused to pay that much. I still ended up paying $730. What a rip off!

I have over 600 dollars worth of damages. I just bought a newly build house and I wanted professional movers. I called All My Sons Moving company. I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom home which was about 8 minutes from each other. I paid 1044. 10. They damaged my door, my walls, ceilings and wooden railing. I put in a claims packet and only received 250.00 for over 600.00 worth of damage. A claims representative never spoke to me but sent a document asking me to sign and send it back or they will cancel the claim. In the middle of the print was a settlement for 250 dollars. I'm frustrated and overly tired from moving with toddlers, the last thing I want is to worry about is reading fine prints. They will not work with me because they said its a closed case, I should have caught it sooner. Very deceitful and poor communication. Do not use this company unless you want pay for damages. They are counting on you being to busy to read the fine print.

It was a red flag when 3 men showed up for the move and among the first thing they discussed with me was how much I should tip them. They said 150.00 per mover was appropriate on a move that was expected to be about $900. That is close to a 50% tip. Then they get to the new house and I find my armoire is damaged. They broke the top trim off. They are only paying $100 and are not obligated to do more. The moving company releases themselves from any responsibility. They said I would have had to buy additional insurance. That is what most companies have insurance for. They have absolutely no incentive to move your belongings with care because they have no responsibility. I had more items I didn't have time to pack and needed to be moved at a later time. They gave me their number and said they could do it "on the side". It felt very shady all around. I hope this helps a potential future customer make a better decision than I did.

Moving has to be one of the most stressful things. Having a dependable moving company can relieve some of that stress. I thought My Son's moving Company was one of them. It started out better than I could have hoped for with Sam walking me through everything. I signed the contract and put down a deposit. Two days later I got a call asking if we could move up our moving date because they had a company that needed to move at the same time. I told them unfortunately we would not be able to due to being out of town for the closing on our new house and just wouldn't have time to finish packing. 3 days later they called to canceled say "their driver was incapacitated" and left us without a moving company and making this move even more stressful. I hope that it was worth it for them and any chance I get I will certainly tell anyone who will listen to never use My Sons moving company.

Moved from 114 S 6th St. Maryville, TN. Worst of the worst. BEWARE. Just moved around the corner in Maryville, TN. I have my own company and would never not follow through with a problem a customer was having with work that was performed by me. This is absolutely the biggest fraud of a company I have ever seen. Chase was our sales person and would not follow up on damages. Took our door off and couldn't get it to line back up. Had to pay someone to come and fix their problem. Guys dropped a table but no one made record of it. No respect for persons or your property.! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, DANGER, DANGER, DANGER!

The people are rude. They don't keep to their schedule. Have horrible coordination of their staff. Twice! Twice they failed to move our stuff. First it was their crew worked too late, too far away- but we will get you another one. So at 3:30pm I'm calling to find out if anyone was coming. Which is when they said they couldn't. (We had to be out of our rental in 5 days and it was a Friday) They insisted making it up to us, said they'd be there Monday. On Monday they had an arrival time of noon. (We were being fit in!- sorry you canceled on me, I should be priority) at 3:30 they "kinda" show up. One guy- who looked around and said it was a big job and they still had one more to go to. WHAT? (We had a 1500sqft rental with basically furniture left. Only 1 bedroom and small family room set. Seriously!) two more people show up and after back and forth with the "manager" and the crew- who were seriously disrespectful- my husband threw them out. They wasted 45 min trying to get out of the job, they could have just moved out items. We ended up getting a Uhaul and did it ourselves in 3 hrs. Then hired someone to unload it. This company left us with just 2 days to move and turn the unit over. They refused to refund our deposit. (Don't worry, after contacting the BBB I received a full refund) the "manager" on the phone was beyond rude and dished out a plethora of excuses pointing to why ALL of this was my fault. My fault? My favorite bit of info the manager told me- the reviews are bad on Yelp and Google because they refuse to pay the sites to have them removed. Good to know- because I like honest reviews, not just their fake ones they post on their website.

Do Not Contract with this company!!!

These people are shady and do not believe these reviews because they pay off users to remove bad reviews and and then ask for a better review. Then they don't pay what promised. I toLd them i would remove review but never endorse them. I will be posting a image of their shady pay off and sending to Google. Before reviewing, you will see their reply with standard reply and they already spoke with me and offered no solution. If they cared, they would phone again and offer a solution or attempt one.
Not at all happy with my move. The people in the office are nice enough. The guys that did the work were careful but they were slower than slow trying to juice up the bill. They knew what was on the list, and when they got there, they saw it was even less I was figuring around 500 and ended up at $800 for a bed 2 nightstands, couch lounger, office chair and probably 10-12 boxes and bags. They charged me for shrink wrap which I knew about for $45. I didn't know I was getting charged for tape and a speed box. The speed box was for them, taking my boxes and a few bags and throwing them in their big box so they could charge me $45 and that of course came at the end of the bill, that box was filled with other shades and someone's last move or items confiscated from moves. They didn't ask if I wanted the speed box. This is pretty corrupt in my opinion. That's a good one that was a box where they threw some things in and they had it on their truck and they said it was for ease what it was for ease for them not me. I had seven trips in my SUV prior to them coming here. I didn't even have them move my desk because I knew that was going to be 30 to 40 minutes of wrapping so I left it there. I didn't have them put my bed back together because that would've been another 45 minutes and I didn't have them put the mirror back on the dresser. These were all things I planned on but they milked it so bad that I couldn't get it done and I'm sitting here upset right now that I still have to do all this work myself after an $800 bill for a small group of items that should've been nothing to do but they wanted their tips and they didn't get a big one. I could see they were disappointed because the guy kind of looked at it, then looked away never said thank you or anything else. Never use this company again. In the past I've done the same job in less time with a friend and a pick up truck. One of the guys told me if I move again call them direct it'll be much cheaper. This is the kind of help these companies get. Now, why would I rehire some guys independently that move so slow when they're actually accountable for a company? Because I guess I'm stupid. I am being generous on the three star because I think the company itself is probably decent, but this whole moving business seems like it's plagued by guys who just want to get a tip and don't wanna work. I was standing there watching them anxious to wrap things myself I actually did wrap my File cabinet because I just couldn't stand there and watch anymore and my SUV was already filled to the brim. One hour into the job they needed to take a cigarette break. Are you kidding me a cigarrete break after an hour of 150.00 an hour work. LOOK,AT THE REVIEWS ON YELP AND YOU WILL NEVER USE THEM! I AM BETTING THE MOVERS WHO TRIED TO GET ME TO GO DIRECT WITH THEM ON MY NEXT MOVE ARE STILL WORKING FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.

Do not trust them. I should have checked other platform reviews like yelp before hiring. Consumer affairs, trustpilot and everyone has bad reviews.

DO NOT use All My Sons! They damaged the house I was moving out of, and the house I was moving into (broken light fixtures, broken ceiling fan, deep scratches in walls, ripped up laminate, dent in front door, literal hole in dry wall from dropping a dresser through the wall). Not only did we have the stress of buying a new home, but then on top of it a damaged new home now. They assigned us a handyman that we had to struggle with for him to even call us back. He half assed the repairs and blamed All My Sons for damaging so many homes he couldn't keep up. He literally had the key to the old house for a month and waited until the last day to fix things. I can't imagine what we would have done if he were renting and had to be out the next day. Everytime I called All My Sons they redirected my calls multiple times where I always ended up leaving messages. We NEVER had anyone from All My Sons call me back. We've been dealing with them for 8 MONTHS now. All that's left is for them to replace the kitchen floor because of the tears right in the middle in the laminate and the handyman making it look worse by trying to glue it down, and staining a doorway they had to fix because they cracked it. The handyman has completely ghosted us. Instead of doing the right thing they've only offered us $200 for the floor. To replace the entire floor! No one has EVER called us back after we asked them to see if there's any other options. Today we called and were told that apparently they put our case in front of the board a month ago and they said that was that. And no one called, emailed, and wrote us to let us know any of this. So 8 months later we have unfinished repairs and a hideous kitchen floor. DO NOT use this company. It was a mistake for going with a name I knew and wanting to not pay top dollar. NON EXSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

YES! Watch your bank account with this company. They will charge you much more than other movers and they are sneaky in their charges.
I only needed an Organ moved from a friend's house to my apartment. Less than 10 miles total. They give me this big story as to why I should use them instead of other movers. He goes on and on, finally coming up with a price of $800.00. I tell him I cannot afford that much money for just a small move. He continues with why I should use them. Finally, I told him a flat NO! "Oh. You shouldn't cancel... I stop him and told him I was not going to use All My Son's Moving. NO, No way, No how! After another spill he tells me ok... it is canceled. Of course I never "Hired" them in the first place. They just assumed I was going to use them. Then I get an email from them with a total price of over $ 1300. 00! I call them again and talked with a man (I think Mike) and of course, he starts that spill... and Yes I stopped him in his tracks and tell him I do not want to use them for my small move. After a long while, He says it is canceled. Ok? All is good right? NO! The next morning I check my bank account like I do every morning and there is a $100.00 deposit charge. So I'm upset. Then I talked with the bank and they filed a dispute with All My Son's Moving! So far I haven't heard back from the bank on this matter but I can warn all you people to NOT use All My Son's Moving company. Not for anything. They will charge you for whatever they want and you won't even know till it goes through the bank. They are evil! Stay away from this company. Do Not Use All My Son's Moving!
