The people are rude. They don't keep to their schedule. Have horrible coordination of their staff. Twice! Twice they failed to move our stuff. First it was their crew worked too late, too far away- but we will get you another one. So at 3:30pm I'm calling to find out if anyone was coming. Which is when they said they couldn't. (We had to be out of our rental in 5 days and it was a Friday) They insisted making it up to us, said they'd be there Monday. On Monday they had an arrival time of noon. (We were being fit in!- sorry you canceled on me, I should be priority) at 3:30 they "kinda" show up. One guy- who looked around and said it was a big job and they still had one more to go to. WHAT? (We had a 1500sqft rental with basically furniture left. Only 1 bedroom and small family room set. Seriously!) two more people show up and after back and forth with the "manager" and the crew- who were seriously disrespectful- my husband threw them out. They wasted 45 min trying to get out of the job, they could have just moved out items. We ended up getting a Uhaul and did it ourselves in 3 hrs. Then hired someone to unload it. This company left us with just 2 days to move and turn the unit over. They refused to refund our deposit. (Don't worry, after contacting the BBB I received a full refund) the "manager" on the phone was beyond rude and dished out a plethora of excuses pointing to why ALL of this was my fault. My fault? My favorite bit of info the manager told me- the reviews are bad on Yelp and Google because they refuse to pay the sites to have them removed. Good to know- because I like honest reviews, not just their fake ones they post on their website.
