I have been ordering my pet medication for our 13 year old Golden Retriever for the past couple of months from Allivet and have been very impressed with their pricing and how fast the medication arrives. The convenience of ordering online and not having to drive to the store is so nice and the price of the same products can't be beat.

I have used Allivet in the past for Bravecto (my mother's dog). Everything was smooth sailing until one time there was an issue with faxing the script. Allivet would say they had no response from vet, I would call the vet, they said they gave authorization, Allivet would say no contact. Back & forth! The last time, online never even asked for the script to be faxed. Next thing I knew it was shipped. Like I said, SHOCKED how fast THAT occurred!
Since November of 2015 I have ordered $700 of medicines. I have never received a rewards certificate. Today the web site says I have 161 points. It seems points expire. I don't see a mention of this. It is misleading to emphasize reward points and minimize the fine print.
The prices at Allivet are the best on the web. Their shipping is often free, depending on the size of your order. My order was $54 and I received free shipping. I would recommend ordering from them to anyone!
I hope I have more success than customers who posted reviews, my first order so I hope I get this in one week or I will cancel.
I was looking for a better price for special urinary dog food, wet and dry, and I found it on Allivet. Whew! Their website is nice and easy and so is checking out. You could tell they wanted to give you very good customer service, and they did.
Saved quite a bit of money on items my pets take on a monthly basis. Haven't received the order yet, but hopefully will be as satisfied when I receive it as I was when I ordered the items.
I wanted to purchase Bute for on hand purposes when needed (as my vet says a good horse owner will have this on hand) nd to make the minimum for free shipping and $ 5 off my order so I added Uniprim for on hand as I needed it in 2017 5 times. My vet approved the prescriptions over the phone and that was in a timely manner. When I checked my orders they place the Bute on backorder though it showed in stock online and they stated it will stay on backorder up to 2 wks. When i checked after the following weekend they deleted my backorder so i called asked what time frame they have on the Bute. They stated the canceled my backorder and they have the item in stock would i like to order the item. OF COURSE! They preceded to tell me Ill need to pay shipping as i received free shipping on the 1st item. WHAT COMPANIES DO THIS. NONE! Plus they dropped my $ 5 discount. With informing the customer service I'm not responsible for them not shipping the items together and no other company does this they shipped the Bute free though they refused to give me the $5 discount because they had to run 2 separate charges. Seriously disappointed. That was not my fault. The products were still less expensive than my vet. Just not happy on the how they run their business. Prices are good. Stay aware of your orders. Yes I'll try them again. I asked the customer service to only ship when orders are complete on my account.
They work well. Both our dogs are seniors and these chews definitely help their mobility. Would recommend this product for your senior dog that wants to stay active.

Allivet reached out to to my vet to get the necessary prescription info and even did follow ups without my intervention. Pricing is also much cheaper than buying at my vet. Will definitely use again.
