Don't do it! Don't use Allivet. It was a total nightmare and wast of time, effort and energy. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. I rarely post reviews. My initial experience with Allivet was positive so I decided to reorder from them. What a mistake. While signed into my account, I saw that I had a prescription for Nexgard that was still valid so I decided to tack it onto my order for Heartgard. Fast forward 10 days, multiple emails and two phone calls later (one of which lasted an house!), I learn that my prescription, according to Allivet, was no longer valid. Apparently, a prescription that says it expires on 4/6 actually, to Allivet, expires on 4/5. Of course that information wasn't posted anywhere. Although their website was telling my my prescription was valid and I ordered it on the day it expired, I find out that they cut their expirations a day short. Now my entire order is on hold because the prescription for something I wasn't intending to order that they told me was still valid they are not saying is no longer valid. How can something that says it expires on 4/6 actually expire according to one of hte parties at an earlier time. How is that even possible? The vet says it expires on 4/6. Their website says 4/6. My receipt says 4/6. But after a freaking hour on the phone, they basically say, "We can't do anything. It expired on 4/5." What a complete waste

I needed Proin for my aging poodle. Within a day of ordering, the rep had contacted my vet's office and gotten the prescription. The medication was there three days later. Couldn't have been any faster and more efficient.
I was amazed at how affordable Allivet is! My vet usually matches prices but Allivet's prices are so low that my vet said they could not match their prices. The shipping is free if your order is over $49 (and with two pups it was not hard to get over the $49). The shipping is also really speedy! It took only 2 business days! I am looking forward to saving on my pups chewables. Thank you for making it so much more affordable!
