The only positive CSR interaction I had was placing the initial order, as I called to confirm the 'physical script' mailing process. Thereafter, at every point in the script filling process, there was mismanagement of the order, culminated by the lie about providing expedited shipping to correct their mistakes. Sure, they have great prices, but all it takes is one error in your order processing, and this company shows their true colors of not caring about the consumer (pet and human) and when called on a lie, does not bother to ameliorate it.
Easy, convenient, and affordable pet medications. We used them several times now and have always had a wicked good experience. You place the order, they handle getting a prescription from your vet and ship it out asap.
I've been happy with the quick shipping and the overall prices on dog medications. I also like the free shipping over $49.00

The Apoquel prescription order was available even when it was not available at other pet pharmacies. The prescription was quickly filled and quickly shipped. It's an expensive med but all over had it at a good price

Allivet didn't contact my vet until after speaking with customer service 3 times, a rep finally called my vet and got a verbal okay. After all this, they were not willing to expedite my order. I will never use them again!

I have been ordering my dog's medicine from Allivet for the past few months and I save over a $100 dollars by purchasing his meds through here instead of directly from my vet.
Allivet verify' s the prescription for me and then it's sent directly to my door. I love it!
I use Alluvet for my dogs prescriptions because they offer the best prices and I trust them. They are a certified pharmaceutical online company so I trust what they send me. I had an issue one time getting a prescription quickly (and quite honestly it may have been my fault) and the pharmacist spoke to me and overnighted the prescription at their cost.
I tried all morning to order my pet meds. At one point I had a question so I did the "chat" and was told to call my vet. Really? I had already done that and got a recording that said they'd call me back...
The site had problems updating and it was hugely frustrating. I FINALLY got the order for one pet done after multiple coupon rejections. When I went to do the next order, it said my card failed to authorize. I called the bank and had to deal with them. They said everything was FINE and it was a problem with the SITE. I'm mad it took me so much time and effort to deal with this. I tried to put my order through AGAIN and it finally took. Multiple hours lost. And that's not an exaggeration. Ugh
I really appreciate the fast service from Allivet and the excellent prices! It is easy to use the online order form and the response time is very fast. The price is much better than my vet can offer. They're terrific!
I order Laxatone Tuna Flavor for my cats from Allivet. I selected standard shipping for delivery and was pleasantly surprised how quickly it arrived. I ordered the Laxaton on Friday and it arrived Monday an in perfect condition. Would definitely order from them again.
