I ordered a medication for my dog that is very important to her health and the website stated the product was "in stock". I requested and paid for next business day shipping but after the second business day I had not received shipping notice. Upon calling the company I was advised that they were actually out of stock on the medication and they had no timeline in which the product would ship. I advised the customer service agent that the website showed the product "in stock" and it still says the product is "in stock" as we speak. He verified the website and agreed that it showed the product as "in stock". False advertisement from a pharmacy who has essential medication that our pets need. This is unacceptable in my eyes and I will not shop with this company again nor will I recommend this company.

I wish I had known about this service when our cat was first diagnosed with cardiomyopathy. Our vet has provided wonderful care and advice, but we have spent a lot of money on his prescriptions. Thank goodness we found Allivet.
This is a great place to get your animal prescriptions at! My vet stopped carrying the medicine I needed for my kitty, so I did some research and discovered this place. They were able to get in touch with my vet in a timely manner and have the prescription delivered right to my house! Ordering was easy, shipping was timely and overall great place to shop!

It was so easy to find the medication I was looking for and all I had to do is have my vet send the prescription to Allivet and within a few day I had it in hand. Price was almost half of what my vet was charging. Wow right. It cant get any better. They are wonderful.

No doubt they'll pull the old," We didn't know we were going to have a sale today, I mean it's only our site how could we have known?"

Alivet orders are quickly processed and shipped. Potassium Citrate with Cranberry Granules is what I order. The product greatly helps my dog. The cost is much lower than what I would spend at my veterinarian's office.
Once you are established, its a click a way from getting your prescription filled quickly. Customer service is supreme. They call your vet and stay with it until the renewal is filled.
I recommend Allivet to all my friends and family. They have the products my pets need and at great prices. Their shipping is super fast too and I love the ability to set up repeat shipments.
Lower prices on medications than vet office but need more discounts other than first order. Haven't received outdated medications yet but realize that I need to review every order for this situation. Hopefully this website continues to monitor this and will prevent pet owners from giving outdated medications to this loved pets.

I love the products but sometimes it takes a whole lot of time to get anything. The customer service is fantastic but it takes at least 10 days to get anything. At least to me in Bloomington IL it does.
This company is selling expired heartworm prevention. I received a years worth of Iverhart Plus that expires this month. I am shocked that they would put pets at risk for heartworm disease just to sell product they haven't sold. I had to TELL them to send me a return label. They even admitted all of their Iverhart Plus stock is expired. They think since Virbac sent out a memo saying Iverhart Plus will last past the expiration date, they don't have to warn their customers first. Disgusting. Check your expiration dates with this company. Or better yet, just use a company that has better morals and customer service.
