Shipping is fast and most things are at the best prices. It's my first stop for my pets. Everything has been top quality.
I used to have issues making sure my prescriptions were sourced and delivered on time, but not anymore! Our vet made some quantity modifications to the prescriptions we order, and now my autoship orders are delivered seamlessly every time! Very happy with this improved process.
I have always received the orders early, and correct. Good prices also! Very easy to order as well, so, their website is user friendly. I've recommended them to friends.
This is the least expensive place I've found to order Vetoryl, a very pricey dog medication. This is set up on auto ship and I've never had a problem with timely delivery. Recommend!

This is by far the worst vet pharmacy online out of three I have used. Good but not unbeatable prices on Cerenia. They refused to upgrade (speed up my shipping) after they screwed up. This wouldnt be a big deal if I wasnt counting on that medication for a dog in Chronic Kidney Failure. If you can get the same price elsewhere, go with other pharm.
We've used Allivet for all of our aging dogs and their needs. Allivet always has the best prices, always. And their customer service is top notch Everything is very efficient and customer friendly.
Can not say enough bad things about customer service. They do whatever they want, ignore customer requests and are rude. The snotty young woman on the phone is overtly unapologetic. I hung up on her. The first time I ordered they didn't say where to send the prescription. I had to call. Did another, with one reorder and two new prescriptions. Got an email that they contacted the vet, even though I have prescriptions to mail. When I called to ask why, she said they just do that. Which is not true. It did not happen last time. (Vet's office advises they do not fax prescriptions.) Then she told me to get the reorder and the new pills, she would undo my charge, charge it separately so I would have to pay shipping. (My order was way over the the free shipping price, this is a moneygrab.) The last customer service rep said they only charge when the pills are shipped. They lie.
The order process was easy, repeat order from a while back, plus a new item. Easy checkout, good service.
Why does Allivet require a land-line phone number to open an account?
Many Millennials don't have, or want, one!
If you don't have one, save yourself some time and frustration.
Been following Allivet's price for my dog's prescription meds. It was listed for a long time on the internet at $36.75. As I was placing my order, that price was listed on the first screen but then changed to $41.99 at checkout. Online assistance stated that was a one day sale price. Bull. Won't order from a company that pulls this kind of scam.

Takes a very long time to process an order and shipping takes a long time unless you upgrade shipping to 3 to 7 days for $7 more.
This last rep I had tried to run my card and it was denied. Instead of just saying card was denied do you have another one to use. He wanted me to explain why it was denied None of your damn business in my opinion. And then when order was placed. He said "congratulations" Odd verbage for buying meds for an ill dog. I am online now looking for another pharmacy I deal with Wedgewood and Valley Vet and they are top notch
This service is reliable, easy and cost effective. I have a service dog and she is my number one priority. Allivet always comes through for us and that is invaluable.
The communication, customer service and the prices are the best I've found. If there is a problem, they will contact you by phone to get it resolved. I highly recommend these guys to all my pet owner friends.

Saved $9 on Heartworm meds for my Hound. I have used them several times and have been satisfied with service.
We ordered the three month flea free pill called Bravecto. My dog had a summer free from fleas. Her three months are up and we can tell she needs one more pill for the year. The price is $8.00 lower than any other Pet Medication Sites. Give them your Vet's name and let them do the rest. This is a fantastic company to buy any dog or cat needs you would look for. My product never arrived. I called Allivet and they said their policy is not to issue a refund until the product is returned to the pharmacy. They took my money and I got nothing. Customer service is a joke, on the phone for over an hour with no resolve.
I tried this site a few month ago, the prices are great and the shipping is fast. They contacted my Vet quickly as well.
