I have been ordering from Allivet since I heard about them about 6 months ago and having 4 dais they are saving me money. One dog has Canine Cushing disease and takes medicine everyday for it. Allivet save ne about 25.oo a month on just one med alone net o mention their heart worm meds. I would highly recommend allivet when needing your pet medicines. Thank You.

I've tried a few different online pet pharmacies and for sure Allivet is the best! Orders are always correct and they arrive very quickly. Plus, prices are amazing. The same RX for my dog at Costco would be 3x what Allivet charges. Really great pharmacy, highly recommend.
It was easy for me to order the prescription(s) my dog needs instead of driving down to the vets office. I was able to put his vets name in and my dog's information and they will contact the vet. Very nice! Thanks!
One of the easiest websites I have had the pleaser to use. I had a question and I was completely satisfied with my concerns.
After I placed the order, I got a notification, saying the merchandise was going to be received in 3 days. After the 3 days, they said, they did not send it because part of the shipment was not available: WORSE POLICY NOT TO SEND THE MEDICINE RIGHT AWAY! On top of that, UPS damaged the package. Now I need to go to my vet and pay full price for medicine. They are NOT RELIABLE

Emailed allivet cust... serv dept twice now in regards to my incorrectly processed dogs meds... no reply in 2 full weeks... they just don't give a DAMM!
I'm now switching to pettrust.com as they seem to be more considerate of their customers needs. Plus they have much lower pricing on generic equivilents!

If your reading this... DON'T order from this online mail order company... took them 2 months to get my dogs meds sent after asking my vet to resend scripts twice! THEN, they sent hard white tablets rather than the CHEWABLE style I requested specifically! VERY POOR CUST SERV DEPT & after being a loyal customer for over 3 yrs now they're raising prices for same 2 meds (NEXGARD & HEARTGARD) over $8.00- SORRY BUT I"M SHOPPING ELSEWHERE & warning others of their scam! Check out generic equavialents online, very low prices elsewhere... we do have options in the U.S.A. - Allivets game is over!
