I've ordered from Allivet since last summer and have been pleased. Order comes very fast. The only time I had a problem was near Christmas. Plan ahead if you need something near the holiday.

Products are priced really well, lower than vet office or other providers. Customer service staff is fantastic and efficient in assisting customers.

It was easier and cheaper than driving the 80 lb. dog to the vet in order to get a refill of the same medication I could get from the vet at a higher price.

So easy to order once you have your vet send in a prescription; the website is intuitive and mobile ordering is easy too.

After a few "false starts", I have found Allivet to be a reliable source of my pets medications. The biggest challenge is figuring the amount of time for shipping. I have now gone to autoship on several RX and will save 5%.
They reliably contact my veterinarian in a timely fashion to get RX filled.

So happy that I found out about Allivet! Not only do they stock my dogs prescription at much much much much lower price than the vets office, they also have his supplements at a great price as well! The few times Ive had to deal with their customer service department they were quick to resolve the issue. Shipping is always fast as well, usually out same day as ordered.
