I used to shop other online companies until I found Allivet. They have the best prices, best service and a great selection of product for my kitty. No need to shop anywhere else, when you find the best, stick with it.
Prices are good and it's easy to order--they'll contact your vet for you. Shipping/delivery can take some time, but that's probably the carrier's fault. I was a little surprised that the medications (flea/tick) were not shipped in the original packaging, but in a plain white envelope (with the prescription sticker attached) inside a small cardboard box. In a previous order (heartworm pills), the pills were in the original box, so I'm not sure what happened this time.
They called the vet for updated script and filled order without delay. Delivery came within the estimated time frame so no lapse in medication despite this being a transferred prescription.
I had an okay experience. The only issues were that I was never notified and provided a tracking number as stated when the ordered shipped as stated; therefore, it took a month to get the item, but once I checked on the status, I received the product within 5 days.
In the past I have had to wait 20 minutes on hold. The last two purchases I didn't have any wait time and my dogs' medication came in a timely fashion. Prices are great too!
My dog has a heart murmur and takes 3 different meds. Allivet charges less than half the price that my vet charges. My orders always come on time and they even call your vet to renew the Rx. Definitely the best site on the web for all your pet's needs!

I was pleased to be able to save money on my dogs medicine. Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. The product was the same medicine isbeen oaying $30 per refill more at my vets office.
