I ordered prescription product on Jan. 1st... and mailed the original script on Jan. 2 (from the West Coast). Subsequently, I received 4 - 5 emails informing me that my order couldn't be processed, as the script hadn't arrived. As the script hadn't arrived (or couldn't be found), I cancelled the order 2 weeks later (Jan. 14th). Today (Jan. 16th) I got an email informing me the script had arrived, but (alas) there was no order in the system. I called Customer Service, waited on hold for ~10 minutes, and my call was dropped.
It's too hard to do business... sad.
You can call and there is always someone who will help with any questions you may have concerning your order. You can also order on line which is very easy to do and after your first order they have all your information so really fast.
I've been purchasing my dog's medication from Allivet for a few months and it's been super easy and by far the lowest prices. Highly recommend!
