We've been ordering from Allivet for years. We get our products quickly from them. We normally get Vetprofen, Bravecto, and Interceptor from them for our 3 dogs.
Allivet is THE BEST! Your prices are great, shipping is lightening-fast, and the product quality is first-rate. My 3 Boston Terriers love you guys ;)
The meds are cheaper than the vet but more expensive than other sites, going to switch to a different Pet Pharmacy after my refill expires.
Mostly positive experience, one time had an issue with a delayed shipment that they seemed unable to help correct, but most of the time, things are good. Some medications I have found cheaper here, others not, so its good to compare sites. Suggestion to Allivet - don't just ask us for feedback for your site but ask us for ideas to improve our experience with you.
I ordered from Allivet and they substitute items in your order without consent, charge you for $49 overnight shipping you didn't sign up for, then when you try to check on your order status it won't exist on their website, and they won't respond to emails when you ask them to fix the incorrect order (or they'll respond when it's far too late to help). They'll be completely confused on the phone and not very intelligent. Even though I told them the shipping was wrong before the order existed on their site and before it shipped, they refused to help or eve respond in a timely fashion. You only get lucky if they make no mistakes, but folks, the yelp and BBB reviews are real, and there's a BIG reason they have no reviews allowed on Facebook or Google. AVOID. Seriously.
My dog is on an expensive medication for the rest of her life for Cushings disease. I searched many websites to find the lowest cost available. Allivet is the lowest in price, but also an important attribute is that the meds are always available, arrive on time, and when I've called Allivet for questions or clarification I've encountered friendly, knowledgeable staff.
This was so easy and the price for the medication for my dog was lower than other sites. I received it right away and they contacted my vet directly.

I have never had any issues with this company! Customer service is fantastic and the prices are comparable/ cheaper than others. I order diabetic dog supplies frequently and there have been some mix ups, which mostly are the fault of UPS. However, the company always makes things right in a timely manner. This is an important quality when you have pets depending on medications for survival.

My dog has Cushing's disease and I order her medication here because it's cheaper than getting directly from my vet (approx. $54 vs. $95). You just need to factor in enough time for processing and delivery and don't order at the last second. I have a great vet's office so I have had no issues with communication between them and Allivet.
