I would have completely forgotten to replace my refrigerator filter if I didn't receive an e-mail reminder from ALL FILTERS. Surfing the website is easy. Refrigerator mark and model number, specially model number, must be available when ordering.

We need original equipment manufacturer filters for our refrigerator's ice maker and cold water feature. All Filters fulfills our orders same or next day and we have filters in a few days. We order two at a time, and reorder when we install the second filter.

I ordered new refrigerator filters and not paying attention to the acknowledgment had an old address in the AllFIlters system.
When finally realizing my mistake contacted All Filter's customer support.
They quickly fixed the error and would not accept payment for the additional costs of fixing my error.
They have been a great business for us for years and continue to exceed expectations.

I needed a faucet for my DeepBlue Reverse Osmosis system and could not find a right one to replace it. Very helpful representative and knowledgeable help me find the right one and got it on order for me.

The charcoal filter for odor and taste isn't right. Doesn't let water through it. I use a three filter system, a filter for sediment a filter for minerals and a charcoal filter for taste. The water pressure is about 55 psi and still can't get water with the odor and taste filter in.

I appreciate the periodic reminders to order a replacement. Timely service and correct item. I also appreciate the suggested cheaper alternatives on the website. Unfortunately I must buy a factory replacement to squeeze the filter into the tight compartment.

These work just as good, if not better, than the OEM LG water filters for a fraction of the price. The water tastes great and the function of the water filter (fit, finish, and install) works just like the original.

My package of 6 furnace filters was damaged by FedEx. Every filter has dents or frame damage. I can repair them. I was going to let you know of the damage but the website said it has to be reported within 3 days, and I hadn't seen the filter damage by then.

I have a weird fridge that has been nearly impossible to find water filters for. Not only did All Filters have the right replacement, it was also at a very affordable price! Won't be buying filters from anywhere else! We've ordered from them twice now and it's always an easy process and quick shipping.

Your website/order page would not accept my order saying I already had an account. I dont remember any account! I had to use my wifes email address to get the order thru! I did place a previous order for a filter but do not remember establishing an account. It SHOULD take my email regardless!

I have always ordered SP-20x20x5W2-P8M2 - MERV 8 for my a/c filters, but when I opened the box they were labeled something like 20x20x4.25. Concerned that they would / would not fit my system, so called to verify they were same thing. (Didn't realize they would 'probably' fit.) Maybe a note in box (or on packing slip) saying sizes can vary would help?
