The LG filters for my fridge were crazy expensive. I have used All Filters before and decided to see what they had. They had the duplicate air and water filters but not from LG. Reviews were good so I thought I'd try them. Both the air and water filters come in 3 packs. They were less than $50 with tax and shipping. LG was around $75 for only 1 of each. A total no brainer. They last as long as the LG ones and do the same job. I just reordered them again. They were delivered in 2 days. I think this site is terrific and my go to from now on for filters.
Filter fast popped up on my screen while I was trying to order from you in February. Waited for product about one month and received total junk. Never again. I used All Filters in the past and am fully satisfied with speedy delivery, great product, and excellent price. Thank you very much.
Ordering was just fine getting the filters was another issue though. Even though it was promised (twice, to arrive the next day) it took 9 days to get to my doorstep! For me, that is totally unacceptable. When they did arrive, one of the filters (actual casing was damaged). Sent an email off to the company and they did respond stating they were sorry.
Needless to say I'm quit sure I'll go back to the other company that I was using prior to giving this company a chance to obtain my business.

Received the filters quickly, but have had it installed for over a week on my well, and there has been no change in the sulfur smell. That's the only reason I bought the filter, but so far it has not done what it is advertised to do
Love the products. Hate the shipping tracking. I had a very small, 3 item order, which ended up coming as 3 separate shipments. Unfortunately, your system only allows for tracking 1 shipment per order, with nothing indicating that fact. I had to manually follow up to find this out and get tracking info for my remaining shipments. Poor systems that contribute to poor customer communication.
Products are in stock and available to order, they offer both manufacturers filters and generic replacements. You can also set up reminders, every 6 months in my case, so that you have the replacement filter available when it is needed
I can tell the alerts I get are automatically timed versus actual filter being ready to change. I live alone and don't use the water feature that often so I am replacing filters that are probably still good.

I was annoyed that LG expected me to spend several hundred dollars a year based on their filter costs and replacement schedule. But it was very nice that AllFilters.com provided many easy options to compare filter options, prices, and quantities. Then the purchase process was straightforward and shipping was quick. Both filters I ordered fit in place of their OEM equivalents and have been functioning in my fridge for about a week now. I would certainly come back and purchase again from here.

Answer: Legitimate. I have ordered water filters from them and received the correct ones. I ordered air filters last week and they are to arrive tomorrow. I'll let you know if they are wrong but I expect they will be the right size.
