Purchased a product online.
Was sent a package with some red string in it instead of my package.
Contacted seller to advise they may have made a mistake, they advised me the item was still on the way and assured me no issues.
Nothing further arrived and raised a dispute. Was asked by seller to close dispute and to give 20 more days, and if nothing arrived they promised me they would re-send the item.
20 days, nothing arrives, seller ignores all my contact.
I go through Aliexpress to see my options, I have documentation showing seller making promises that were not kept. Aliexpress were just as bad.
First person I dealt with said they would urge the seller to get in touch with me and process a refund.
2nd person said due to me being a loyal customer they would give me a coupon credit for the amount and I was satisfied with that.
3rd person was downright useless and when I asked to speak to or raise my complaint further, was told there is no facility for that and pretty much given there is no where to escalate my complaint.
Each time was made promises about contact and resolutions that were not kept. Long story short, if something goes wrong with your order, goodluck getting anything.
Will NEVER buy through Aliexpress again and would advise others the same.
I ever bought a tail light for my VW Jetta, but when I got it after one month, I found out that it is can't fit the Jetta in Canada, it is maybe for the Jetta in China, so I am requesting for return and refund, but after two weeks back and forth chatting and case openning, they finally told they can't solve the problem for me, they ask me to contact seller directly to solve the problem, but I already talked with the seller before I talked to them, I talked to them because seller ignore to solve the problem for me only ask me talk to Ali express reps, but Ali Express custom service reps never tried to solve it for me, this is a very bad purchasing experience I ever had...

Purchased shoes from seller Shop******* Store. Seller sells these shoes with a red sole or a black sole. The red sole shoes sell for $6.00 more than the black sole shoes. Seller sent the black sole shoes. I immediately wrote that they had sent the wrong shoes. I assumed that since it was the sellers mistake that they would send me a shipping label so that I would not have to pay shipping. Aliexpress asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes. BIG MISTAKE. You have to return the shoes for a refund. The cost of shipping the shoes back to China was $59.00. So I would have to pay $59.00 to get a $29.00 refund. Aliexpress KNOWS this, so their offer to give a refund is BOGUS. Realizing that sending the shoes back was ridiculous, I asked the seller for a refund of the difference in price of $6.00. No response. I would be in the same position if the seller had sent me men's construction boots instead of the shoes I ordered. I would have to KEEP THEM. Aliexpress favors their sellers not their cutomers. You are not dealing ith Amazon when you deal with Aliexpress.
I purchased multiple items, tracking said "delivered" for my items. I have timestamp cameras, no deliveries. I disputed each item that was undelivered, and AliExpress denied them. DO NOT USE THEM.

Bought items for around $7.000 Canadian dollars and the items I was buying was all electronics. I was buying SD card, memory sticks, ps3 games, cell phones everything I got was fake the SD cards did not work the memory sticks where 2 Gb instead of 16gb the ps3 games where burned cds no covers no nathing I lost $7.000 I was trying to buy in small quantities but they kept pushing me to buy more because it will safe me same more money and will be cheeper for them to send. Bought the Hadacrie and have problems for Function 1and 2. So escalate the dispute as we tried so many times and different methods of sending the VIDEO for proofing. Nonetheless, asking the seller, they seem they do not understand ENGLISH, and do not reply to you. I opend a dispute for didn't receive the item. Then I got an email from Aliiexpress saying "Seller has a new proposal". The seller let me cancel the dispute then open a new one to cancel the order. However, after I accepted the proposal, I can't open dispute again, and the order status changed to "Finished". I asked the seller, and the seller replied "Dear, you can contact Ali customer service for help ".
I contacted Ali customer service and the agent said she would contact the seller to solve the problem.
Since I didn't get any new information, I asked customer service again. Finally, I got an email from Ali customer care:
"As checked here that your dispute for this order is already done under mutual agreement since you accepted the dispute proposal on your dispute and if you are not satisfied with the dispute solution, with this to work out a solution as soon as possible, you are suggested to contact seller to explain the problem you met and the solution you want in details. Considering time difference, there may be a little bit delay on seller's response. Your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated and we hope you a great experience shopping with AliExpress.".
And when I asked Ali customer service again, there was no answer, just like the seller.

I had a miserable experience trying to return a dress for my graduation in May. I purchased a dress (not knowing it was coming from China) and it took upwards of two weeks to get to me. I received it a few days before graduation. I'm glad I got a back-up dress because the AliExpress dress fit terribly and was a bad quality--and definitely not worth $90.00. There were no tags on the dress, but it didn't look previously worn. I shipped it back to China that same day.
I contacted the seller of SPOUSA dresses because the "dispute" instructions suggested doing this first. They had given me the return address but when I went to confirm my return of the dress, the seller dragged her feet with retuning messages. She got back to me three weeks later saying she'd only give me $60USD for the dress, but fought me on the fact that the dress looked "worn" and was retuned without tags. I then had to speak to three automated customer service robots online, with no phone number available. They said they opened a dispute for me but after following up a month later, they said it was well over the 15-day period of returns.
After a month from purchasing and three months of back and forth with customer service and the seller, I was left empty-handed, have yet to be compensated for anything or given any sort of discount. I will not purchase anything from AliExpress again, and if you choose to, please do not purchase anything from the SPOUSA seller.
