I ordered a product from this site and I waited 3 weeks befor trying to send a dispute. They so far haven't gotten back to me. They sent me a confirmation email when I initially ordered from them. They provided a tracking number but when I clicked on it it would just tell me invalid format and rerouted me to make a login for their website. This company is a big scam and it's not worth it. There's a reason everything on their website is cheaper than others (amazon for example). They attract you with their cheap prices and then steal your money. Just go to amazon.
Cheap items that seem too good to be true? They are! Purchased 3 items on Aliexpress.com. 1 arrived however was faulty and only after many exchanges was I refunded. The other two items did not arrive at all despite my credit card being charged! I have sent numerous complaints, was told the goods were in transit and to be patient. I was then informed the transaction was cancelled due to lack of payment. My credit card statement clearly shows the money has been paid yet I still have not received the goods I paid for and Aliexpress say the matter is closed. Money for nothing is not good business practice! Buyer beware! This company is NOT GOOD! CHECK ALL CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS! My recommendation is DO NOT USE ALIEXPRESS! If I could give no stars I would.
Product not delivered
I made a request in Aliexpress in the description appeared that if the product was not delivered in 90 days the customer would be refunded, 90 days passed and the product was lost, I opened a dispute but the same closed in favor of the vendendor and all the money was passed on to the seller. I am without the product and without the money.

Do never trust aliexpress! I ordered 3 dresses before my sons wedding, and none of them even looked like the one on the pictures. Not even the right size! I'm size 8 and I ordered size 10, and the dresses where to small. I couldn't believe it. I returned them, got my refund from 2 companies, the third one I'm waiting since last June! And it was the most expensive $ 200. I keep emailing them and ones a while I get a response, but still no refund. Very very upsetting and frostuating.
Five years I buy goods on Aliexpress. The sellers are different. The goods too. I buy Aliexpress with no fear. I know if the goods are bad, or the seller is dishonest, I am always safe. Alikspress is my best friend.
I made EVERY attempt to get hold of aliexpress to cancel my order as they couldn't seem to figure out how to deliver my order to my house. They said there was a customs order. I spoke with a chat rep with whom they said they would help me with the return process. They said they submitted all the information necessary to return the items. Then a few weeks later I receive an email stating they are not going to return my order. I'm out $50 because they cannot provide basic customer service. They said I need to get in touch with the carrier to figure out how to get the items I had asked for a refund on weeks prior. I will NEVER recommend aliexpress to anyone. I NEVER received my order and I will make certain to spread the word.
Yes, you can find decent stuff and good deals, but if you by any chance get scammed or need a refund for any reason, be prepared to wait a long time for it, too, not just for products.
In my case, I was promised a refund by AliExpress CS before New Year for a scammy seller's damaged product, and it was never processed (which I found out upon contacting them a month later). Now they're telling me that I can't get that refund, and another one (that I was told will be processed and I'd receive it within 3 days) has yet again never appeared back on my card.
When item received was not close to the correct size, I attempted to contact Seller with NO RESPONSE. Opening a dispute is a joke. Can't be done unless there is an attachment proving complaint. How do you prove a size error? NEVER AGAIN!

Taking seller side in dispute. Take very long time to settle and refund. Sellers are not honest beware of the vendor cheating on shipping method they will not give you tracking number eventhough they list shipping method with tracking available and higher price than other listing with none tracking shipping method and you can not open dispute in this case very frusitating
I placed 2 orders at the same time on Aliexpress website thinking they have great deals there. 1 order never arrived after waiting past 60 days and constant promises from the Seller. The 2nd order was the wrong item and their response to my complaint was that if I received the package, then I'm owed $0 refund. I disputed that and clearly stated that I ordered brushes but did NOT receive brushes. If you end up with scammer Seller, you will be out of luck because Aliexpress will side with the Seller. There's no real "Buyer Guarantee". Please look up Aliepress on the BBB website, you will find that all of their reviews tell similar outcome as mine if you end up with a bad Seller.
We have our own trade website here in New Zealand, but half of the vendors are selling stuff they bought from Aliexpress, albeit with a 400% mark up for profit. I go straight to Aliexpress and have bought anything from light bulbs, to motors, batteries, 3D printers, cameras, HUNDREDS of things. I'm hooked, love it!
The seller sent me counterfreight good. When I disputed, he wanted to ship the items back at my own cost. There is very little protection for buyers like me. Thanks god, my amount was not big. I'm using this site for years. Even if here you can't use PayPal (i use my credit card) i feel better than in other sites. The money will not be transfered if you don't approve, before expiration they alert you by email. You can comunicate with the seller not only with a site representative and dispute are resolved in the right way. They were some incorrect sellers and they were banned from site. In one case the site catched one, banned him and i received a refund. In others i reported, they after checking use the ban and refund. Most of sellers are fair and i continue to use this site after leaving others.
