Canadian buyers beware! Their tracking numbers only work in China, so if you don't receive your items, then they won't give you a refund. They simply say "Canada does not support China mail, please prove you have NOT received the item...". Since there is no way to prove you haven't received something, they just keep your money. And since they make you wait 60 days to open a dispute, it is then too late to complain to your credit card company. So you basically lost your money and there is nothing to do about it! Enjoy!
I bought a pair of shoes, but was sent a defective product that look like someone glued it together in their living room. I sent it back and was promised a refund since August. I'm still waiting. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY from this seller. They charge your card and ship your item from Asia, though their website make it look like they are based in Brooklyn, New York. Complete rip off.
They telling us 70% anniversary deal but before the anniversary pop up they jack the price 10×,then telling us this is discounted rate 🤣 how I know because I am regular for aliexpress in 3 month I got almost 50 package 📦 whatever I bought for 20$ now 70% off but now 30$😂what a joke
I ordered a Pokemon plush toy 33CM for my kid and they delivered a small lipstick weighing less than 0.47 pounds. When I provided all the photos and proof, Ali express kept rejecting my refund request saying invalid reason. Looks like no human only computer rejecting everything. I kept disputing and got same email coming back rejecting. I told them I would alert all buyers about their scam before writing this review. If you get your order you are lucky but for any reason if you don't, then Ali express will NOT give your refund. I have disputed way too many times in the past month and I have given up.
I ordered some embellishments for some crafts I am working on and I chose an order that I can customize by writing in the notes the colours, and number of each I would like for a total of 50. When the order came in, everything was as it should be. The embellishments were beautiful and suit me very well. I guess if you're going to buy from overseas you need to be aware of what you are purchasing and if there is ANY doubt in your mind, Don't do it! That's what I do, I follow my gut. If something raises red flags for me, I don't buy it. Hope this helps.
They cant control what suppliers are selling, so some suppliers do the "bait&switch" trick. The problem is, you dont know who will do this to you. And AliExpress rating system tries to protect the suppliers (it is very hard to complain about a supplier on their site, most links stop working when you submit a complaint).
So how can you shop with someone you cant trust?
You never know with these overseas companies. I gave it a try and ordered a few items. I got a couple and lost the rest. Its a hit or miss. Aliexpress claims to be the middleman. But all they do is host scams. They will not help you settle anything. In the long run, you will be wasting money.
I had $50 worth of products I never received and I went back and forth with some of the Sellers over six months. End results is I never got my product or my money back. Even customer service was not helpful at all. I like the app and have received other things but I'm hesitating to continue using it.
Ordered item waited but no delivery opened dispute for refund. Dispute was closed after 1 day and no refund. Sent 5 messages requesting refund. I received 2 messages back apologising and asking for my patience as my card would not accept the refund payment back on it. Total rubbish. Luckily it was only £5.81 never buy from them again
I've placed two orders with AliExpress - ordered a set of interchangeable Knitting Needles Pic 1 (received the cheapest set of plastic crochet hooks Pic 2). Second order was for 24 Googly Eye Rings (in the pkg I received 22). Trying to explain the issue with #1 order was frustrating and useless. The only good thing I can say is Shipping was much faster than anticipated

Do not buy from this site. If you are not happy because the item was not as described.---TOO BAD. There is no way to file a complaint. I spent over an hour and, finally was in a written chat. I was told it would be resolved in 3 days. When I checked, there is NO record of my complaint.
I ordered an item worth more than 100$. I did not receive the item despite the tracking number from Singapore said it was delivered.
No help from the seller and from Ali express to track the items.
I have camera at home so I know it was not delivered or stolen.
AliExpress is good for cheap stuff, but don't lose your money on more expensive items.

The customer Service team are absolutely liars. If you are going to buy a product from them and you want to get a refund. It's totally not possible. I didn't receive my package in which I should deservedly get my money back. So I opened the dispute (refund case) to get my money back. The case went for nearly a month and I still didn't receive my package. They'll keep telling you "don't worry I'm on your side" but they are actually liars. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR TRAP! They do this just to sympathies with you. If you are not from China or anywhere from Asia you are simply dealt like a outsider. They simply have a different result for them. They won't provide COD. We need to make payment in advance. Then it will take 2 months to arrive. Sometimes it won't turn up, sometime it will.
