Alibris is much better than Amazon. The shipping does cost a lot, but the low price of the books is fantastic. I am a fan.

It is an easy-to-use website, and most stores had detailed descriptions of books that helped decide who/where to choose from. Overall reasonable prices for books compared to other stores.

If you do some digging, mixing and matching with the shipping you can find ways to save even more money than you would with the "cheapest" options

Great experience. Just had a little difficult time finding my tracking number and if the Order was being shipped via UPS, or USPS!

Alibris offered the book I had been searching for for my grandchild. Priced nicely in very good condition is what was stated. This was a "touch and feel" book. The book was mostly in very good condition, but the rubber duck to touch for the bath time in the book, had a big hole and most of the rubber gone. I do not understand how this is considered very good condition. I was trying to replace a book I already had with something better.

Received exactly what I ordered. I was satisfied with the price. I received it in a timely fashion.

I needed to place a bulk order of a book (The Most Important Yes). I contacted the publisher and my messages were not returned. So I turned to Alibris, where I have purchased books since college, and was able to not only find the quantity I needed, but the price was the lowest I'd seen on the internet. The books arrived on time and I was so pleased!

Overall, this was a very easy and good experience. However, be careful when you are browsing titles and formats. I ordered something that was listed as a VHS tape and a DVD was delivered.
