I can always find books or DVD's that have been used but are in excellent condition. I love "re-use".

I was able to find everything I wanted, but very disappointed that I had to pay two shipping fees.

I don't mind that the book is used especially for the price I bought the book at, but it would have been nice to mention the condition and mention that there is writing.

I would have bought it anyways since I need it for a class and again the price was great compared to other places.

It was great and easy to proceed and it was also well organized.

Very pleased with the copy of The Old Fox Deceived by Martha Grimes. Was sorry it's out of print, but selected the seller because copy was listed as very good. It could have been listed as fine, it was in such good condition. Only sign of wear was creases in binding which don't matter. It was also a nicely formatted copy compared to an earlier edition which I later found in my collection.

Very straight forward process, simple to do. You even had my password and account ready to go today, even though I haven't made an Alibris purchase in quite some time.

Quick to sign up, I lost my old password. I have shopped alibris for many years and have always been pleased!

I had no trouble finding the books I was looking for (a few kind of niche textbooks I honestly wasn't expecting to find outside of the publishers website). They were WAY cheaper than buying them new and the quality is great.

Never, ever, had I had a company INSIST I leave a review. I will never again answer one of these "rate my service" emails from Alibris.

The book is a great price, and I love the idea of used vs. new, but shipping across the border! Let's just say I saved less than a dollar.

I'd like to give Alibris a better rating, but I can't find what it was that I had ordered. A reference to a purchase would make the review more relevant.

I really like your system, it's beautiful and convenient in usage. I like that there's an option to edit my shopping cart right before the checkout, and that's all on one page. I like the way you categorize books, it's easy to find what I want. Great job overall!
