A book that I put in my cart disappeared, along with several others, because I did not checkout fast enough, I guess. When I tried to put the main book back in the cart, I could not find it, even though the site kept saying that it was there. I found it again on Amazon, and so bought it there. Other books also all of a sudden changed price. Very frustrating. I was trying to support Alibris by using a coupon and purchasing books here instead of at Amazon.
Everything was clear to follow and efficient. I incorrectly added an additional letter to my first name and couldn't edit it without starting over. It would be nice to have the 'edit' option for the block of information, not just address.
