Alibris customer service is exceptional. I had a prolonged bad experience with one of the sellers and Alibris took the high road and refunded the full price of the expensive order.
I wanted to use a discount of 3$ off for a 30 $ order. After I selected my items I did not find a way to put the Coupon "Lucky" in my order. Can you add this discount to my order please.

Your log in process is glitchy and frustrating. Apparently I had an old account. When I tried to reset the password it sent me in a verification loop (stupid, fuzzy, "I am not a robot" pictures) that made me want to throw my phone. Someplace in your system is a cart with my name on it - that I couldn't get back to - that has two copies of a book I needed. Thanks, guys.

Alibris will do anything to keep the money I put towards any book purchase. They refuse to issue a cancel even if the book was purchased by mistake because books often have similar titles.
