I used the weekend $15 coupon, which said free shipping. I feel that was misleading. It appears that free shipping is ALWAYS available with CERTAIN purchases only. It took me forever to find that out. If that's not the case, I didn't find that information. Also, when I removed items from the list, they still showed up. As I recall, I had to update the list, an option that was available only if I scrolled off-screen. There's more, but my mind is so tangled from the experience, I can't remember it all. In a nutshell, I found it very difficult to compare items and go back and forth on your site. And even though I did create an account, I may not order from you again.

1. The book I selected was not is stock. It should not be shown if not in stock. 2. when you search for a title it sticks it into key words. I understand. But then it separates search results into different editions etc. It should not do any separation or filtering until done so by the user. I had to look and look just to get 2 paperbacks.
Shopping with alibris is as easy as any other online seller.
You should allow buying more than one copy, especially if the customer is buying from abroad.
