Order should have qualified for free shipping but didn't; original order could not be filled and price significantly higher for suggested replacement, yet not able to apply 'Shirt' discount code.

When I Click on details for a particular book it shows the postage. But when I add it to my cart and attempt to check out, the postage is higher, sometimes much higher. Feels like bait and switch.
