IT IS ALWAYS GLITCHY AT CHECKOUT. I HAVE TAKEN STEPS BEFORE INCLUDING TODAY TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS AND CREDIT CARD AND THE SYSTEM DOESNT SAVE CORRECTLY.

Some books are shipped w/o protection and arrive damaged. I would appreciate if care was taken to protect book corners, etc., as why pay for a 'very good' or 'like new' copy just to have it arrived in damaged condition with lowered status?
