I like the books you have available and the price for the actual books. I like that you aren't owned by Amazon. I don't like the high shipping charges. I especially don't like that even if I deliberately order three books from the same place, which will be shipped in the same package, I am charged the same rate as if I ordered three books from three different stores. I try to order from the same shop anyway, for environmental reasons, but I think I should get a discount on shipping when I do that. It would also encourage more people to do help lower the carbon footprint of all that shipping.

I had to put the order in twice. The first time it told me the book was no longer available and the next one cost $20 more. I rechecked and the book I ordered was still available and I ordered it.

Alibris makes is easy to place an order. In addition, they list many seller options for the buyer - we can choose hard vs. soft cover, the price we want to pay and even the seller - based on the number of stars their previous buyers rate them.
