In my checkout, the shipping was 4, and it became 8 after purchase. I couldn't find a place to add a coupon code, and it wasn't clear that continuing to the next page would complete the purchase, so I was stuck with no way to check the shipping options to see what went wrong. I love this site, but I think will stick to ordering by laptop rather than phone.
