Easy to navigate site was a little leery when I read world wide selling site but after confirming that the seller I was buying from was also in the states I felt better. Also the fact that the site uses PayPal which if something should go wrong with the purchase I have PayPal protection!

Several times this evening I have had trouble with your site. One time, my order was wiped out and I had to go back and find the items again and set up the payment again. Then when I went to the checkout page, I was unable to type my info in. It wouldn't let me, so I started again. Frustrating!

I was glad to find the book I'd been looking for but for my overall order shipping was just as much as the books. I remember when books were 99cents each! Now they are closer to 4.00 and shipping is similar! Too expensive!
The $5-off coupon code did not reduce my bill, as Alibris claimed it would. Also when I tried to order 3 books, the Super Value Shipping offer was not effective either.
Cancelling a transaction after it was confirmed, paid(!) for and the book presumably sent off is very poor way of doing business. Finding a "replacement", for a higher price, is also ridiculous!
