I needed two copies of the same book and I found it difficult and time-consuming to figure out how to buy them from the same vendor. I emailed one vendor to inquire about multiple copies and received a standard reply that I would receive an answer in a few days. Because one copy was a gift and time-sensitive, I just ordered from two different vendors.
