Weird, annoying thing where the website found a cheaper copy of a book, but then it was deleted from my cart when I went to pay. I wasn't clearly notified and the order screen simply reset to the CC entry. I only noticed the book was gone because the order total changed. I had to back out of the order screen to add the original copy back, but it had increase $3 in the 5-minutes I was ordering. And during this process I had to enter my CC number 3 times, so a bit annoying.
I have an account but every time I tried to sign in I got the message that my email address was wrong. I tried to check out as a guest but got the message that the email address I entered was associated with an account. I'd try to sign in again using the exact same email address and still got the message that it was the wrong address!
