You offer a wide variety of good, hard-to-find books and movies, and it's important for people to support NON-Amazon companies. Unfortunately, your website is very problematic. It has constant glitches causing items in the shopping cart to be deleted, and it makes it very difficult to add items to an existing shopping cart. If you want to continue shopping, you must select that option immediately on the first screen, because if you view the cart first, there's no easy way to continue shopping. There needs to be "Continue Shopping" options on every page, including the checkout page. I would have gladly ordered more books, but there was no easy way to do that without jeopardizing the items already in the cart, so I just checked out. Also, if you have more than one tab open for the website, it shows zero items in your shopping cart on the other tabs, making it difficult to use. When the website is more user friendly, I will be happy to purchase products from you.
I would like to see the following information be easily displayed for each book: price, condition, publisher, seller. It's all there, but not in one place.
I son't understand why - in 2022 - I can't save multiple CCs in my Alibris account. I sometimes buy books for work needs and sometimes for my personal reading, but I have to change the payment method every time I am changing purpose.
