-5 score. Ignore the "good reviews" this joint is a scam. They must spend all their time writing fake good reviews. Ihave no book. Attempting to find out why is a joke! You can't reach anyone except by completing their form. You email it and get a response saying they got it, will respond in 48 hours, don't send another one because it will delay your response (first red flag). The site says you can't reach a live person because they want to keep cost low (read, so the scammer can not be held accountable) the initially looking "helpful" site says to contact the seller if you are wondering where the book is. So, I do send in their prefab form of inquiry, this time, to the seller. The seller also can not be reached in person but at least they respond and tell me to contact Alibris! This outfit needs to be out of business. They are fraudulent. I have asked for my money back and will contact VISA

Titles or authors are easily accessed and I can browse at home. The down-side is that I cannot play passages before purchasing, as is possible in a shop. Also, it is difficult to delete when I have a change of heart about a purchase. Quite often I have found your books problematic, not quite as advertised. Also, you are no longer listing the names of songs in the music books, so that I do not duplicate what I already have. Of course, the shipping has gone up $. 50, making the books that much more expensive! Inflation at work...
