I returned a textbook I purchased over a month ago that was no longer required for the class I was taking and I have not received a refund. I had to pay for the shipping label (not a huge deal). The return process was confusing. I have contacted both the seller and Alibris twice now about not receiving a refund or even acknowledgment of a return being processed and neither has responded. I know the seller has the book because the tracking # says they picked it up from the post office. There is also no way to contact Alibris to discuss anything except through email (which they are not answering). This was an expensive textbook that I did not even end up needing for class so I am very frustrated.
