It took long enough to get confirmation that my order was accepted that I was wondering if I didn't press the key hard enough to initiate the transaction. I was dithering about pressing the key again (because of your warning to press only once) when I finally got confirmation. Adding a symbol to confirm that the order was processing so the customer is not left wondering would be reassuring. Otherwise, your ordering process was smooth. I was deciding between you and another seller (I've ordered from both of you before and have been satisfied by the services of both of you). The prices and conditions were fairly similar. His was listed as new. Yours as used--fine. But, you clearly listed your shipping charges. He didn't list them, or I couldn't find it. I didn't see a notice such as all books ship free. I didn't remember his shipping practices from before. So I ordered from you because you clearly stated the shipping charges. Thank you.
