I had ordered Brush Up Your Bible, Item #70275199-7 from DiscoverBooks.com in Toledo, Ohio, and a page was torn badly, so I returned it directly to the dealer, not following Alibris's policy. That was last week, I just now checked my old order, and under the above item number, it said "Refund issued" NEATO! I just now ordered a different copy of the same item, thank YOU for your great service!

I love your company in that you can get rare, out of print books I missed the first time they came out! The individual shipping costs for each item can add up, but some of your prices are insanely low, keep up the good work! I guess I can't have everything. I also trade with hamiltonbook.com, they only charge $4.00 to ship ANY amount. I once ordered almost $700 worth of books in ONE order, only cost $4 to ship all 60 of them in 3 cartons.
I LOVE your company, you are able to find many OUT OF PRINT books I didn't purchase the first time around! Could you please make sure you give your dealers my ENTIRE address including my P. O. Box 367? I live in a mobile home park and also have an ONSITE mailbox, but prefer the P. O. Box 367. If the dealers want to ship UPS or other ground transport, they know where to find us!
I love your company, you can find out of print items impossible to find elsewhere, even on Amazon! Hamilton Book back east is also good, but I can purchase only what they have in their warehouse at any given time with only ONE shipping charge for everything. I don't mind paying individual shipping charges for each item from you guys.

Yesterday I had considerable issues with your website and it would not let me place my order even though all information was correct and I checked over it a hundred times. When the system finally worked again, I had to buy one of my books for about 10$ more because someone had purchased it while I was resolving issues. I do appreciate your low prices though.
