I was very disappointed in the lack of a return policy, I thought I ordered 3 cd's but received a cd, a record and a cassette. After sending the unwanted formats back per the return instructions I was was informed that they would not be accepted and will be destroyed upon receipt. I lost the cost of the media and the return shipping, not a great experience.

Changing my password was a nightmare. After I did finally get the e-mail after 5 requests, it reset it but then I had to search back thru many screens to find the 10 books I previously had in my cart!
I really appreciate the service of locating other copies to create consolidated shipping savings. I have not seen this service from other booksellers.
I had trouble with my password. It would not let me continue as a guest. Then when I fixed the password problem, it showed my cart was empty and the book I had selected was gone. I had to wait several days before it was taken out of my cart and put back so I could buy it. I had never had this much trouble just buying a book
I can always find practically brand new books for half the Publishers or even less the Publishers price! And they're always in tip top shape or exactly as described
