Easy to find what I was looking for, reasonable price

Pretty great place for shopping, though they do not police their vendors well enough, and have been the victim of false advertising on their site. That said, they were quick to resolve it.

Easy to access website, large catalog, and quick transaction. I just hope I get the book I ordered.

Alibris has always been great to do business with.

Shipping is high - especially when it will most likely be shipped media mail.

Difficult to find what I was looking for then difficult to select item. I also wanted to get the other book by Phillis Sheppard but priced too high even though my email suggested I could purchase the book at reduced rate.

I'm happy to find the books I like for a reasonable price from the comfort of home!

I chose my books first, then they disappeared when I tried to log in.
Why can't multiple books from the same vendor be shipped together to save shipping?

I started this order July 23 from another shipper under Alibris. Books never arrived. E-mailed the shipper around August12 and this was his response:

Wonderful, I double checked your order, and that is the address that we used in shipping, thank you for confirming!

We are finding that the USPS is still taking a bit longer than expected to deliver items shipped through Business Manifest. These books have been arriving, just later than expected. Do you mind waiting just a little longer?

Once Upon A Time Books

I don't know who/what Business Manifest is, but I think about a month is about enough time for books to be shipped. They are not coming today, because I get an e-mail from USPS everyday showing what is going to be delivered for that day. I reordered using DISCOVER BOOKS and I will cancel the books ordered from Once Upon A Time Books.
