At first it was a little hard to figure out how to get the book I wanted at the price I wanted to actually add to my cart. Also it would be nice it shipping costs were clearly stated up front, instead of taunting with a might qualify for free shipping, but never actually telling you how. (I apparently did not qualify). Other than it was ok.
Hard to navigate the check out. Search was excellent.

Everything well until checkout. The implementation is clumsy at best and requires the user to put in a two digit state abreviation requiring the user to do the work rather than simply looking up the abreviation in software. It shows that someone thinks that the customer's time is worthless.

I was unable to sign in. Had to change password. During that process, my cart became empty, and I had to shop again. The second time, I could not get the book I wanted. Waste of time, had to shop twice. Also, my order page does not show the condition of the books I ordered. I do hope they arrive as represented.
