As I was in the process of checking out books were being removed from my cart. This made me mad. My quantity of 3 books should have been mine when 5 where available when I chose 3. Just because I wasn't fully checked out doesn't mean someone should have been able to pull one from my cart.

I have been comparing prices with other discount book companies and your company is reasonable.
I ordered 3 books, was ready to checkout, then my cart empties and when I reordered the same books the price went up. Seems like this is a "not so good" business practice so instead of ordering all three books from you I only ordering one and the other two I ordered from Amazon. They DON'T change prices.
So complicated (compared to Biblio, for example). Browsing is more work than fun.
I had my cart full but when I had issues with my password, it ended up emptying. Another thing was that the ones with free shipping were a little hard to understand because I read it as the whole site had free shipping.
