I wanted multiple copies of a book. But sellers are allowed to list under several nearly identical names, offering only one book at a time at a given price. If one tries to order two books from the same seller the price is increased for every additional book purchased. Or one can pay for each book to be shipped from the same location but under different names as in HBR inc and HBR-emerald and HBR-ruby. This method of doing business is for the benefit of the seller and the buyer is left holding the bag (or two or 3 or 4). I can't condone this system and will only use this site if no one else has the book I want.

I cannot delete some of my extremely old addresses. One of them is over 8 years old. When I click to update the address, I can only add new addresses. I do not like keeping old addresses on accounts because I have accidentally sent items to them. When it's been that many years since you moved, you usually never see the item.

Books were 1.49 add a 2.00 fee and don't think it's shipped the cheapest way…media mail. Plus 2 separate shipping charges despite being purchased from the same seller.
