I was placing an order, but had to finish working on something else first. When i went to finish the order, the item was no longer available. Fortunately there was another copy elsewhere. Hopefully the order will complete smoothly.
I'm not sure how to rate this; apparently I already had an account here; but I only remember alibris from half.com; no matter. I "DO" like the "optimizing" cart option, because comparing items wasn't that easy.
It was a little tricky getting rid of my old address, so I could ship it to my new address.
Idk, I feel the navigation of the site could be more accessible. I remember having trouble finding the wishlist on more than one occasion. It doesn't feel like I can effectively browse, bc I can only search by title/author/isbn (which i do love) but i can't search by themes or other keywords. So it's not fun to browse. I use other sites to get good recommendations, and I only come to this site once I already know which book I want. Checkout is great tho.
