Designating a different shipping address from billing address was unnecessarily complicated. You should be able to select a different billing address and you should be able to enter a new shipping address at the start -- when you are first asked if your billing address is the same as the shipping address. Also, when I did have the chance to select a different shipping address, it wasn't clear to me that I had actually selected it. I kept clicking on it, but it didn't highlight on the webpage. Finally, I simply took a chance that my selection "took." Fortunately, it did. FYI, I'm using Mozilla Firefox as my browser on a PC

I don't understand the shipping charges. The site said if I buy multiple items from the same seller, shipping would be discounted, but 5 books had $18 shipping from one location.
